Georgie and RaulGeorgie and Raul invited their friends to their "engagement party" at the local hotel. The party was going strong when Georgie slipped away and swapped into her wedding dress. The celebrant and I were waiting in the wings and you can imagine the squeals of surprise and delight when Georgie reappeared on the arm of her Dad to join Raul and say "I do". Even some of their family members had not been told! The pub room was packed full but somehow, space was made for a wedding ceremony. Then it was just "shoot what we could" but it was great fun. Rosey and SpiroThe Greek Orthodox Church in Carlton was a spectacular venue for Rosey and Spiro's wedding. Plenty of family and friends made this a really happy wedding. We arrived at Spiro's house to find he had locked himself out - not a great start. But we eventually got access and Spiro into his wedding gear. On to Rosey's home for some photos and then to the church. After the wedding we went for a photoshoot in the Carlton Gardens. Then down to Docklands to get a few photos on the boat (well, it was a Greek wedding). See some of the wedding photos. |

Corey and MelanieA fantastic 1950s concept wedding. We got some photos of Mel and the girls at home (the polka dot curtains and the leopard skin bedspread were bought especially for the photoshoot). Caught up with the boys and the ceremony at Queens Park in Moonee Ponds and then on to Hosier Lane and the Soda Rock Diner in South Yarra for a couple of photoshoots. Kelly and StuartKelly and Stuart had a lovely wedding in the rotunda at Lyrebird Falls - a great wedding venue in the Dandenongs. We did a photoshoot with Kelly and her family, and then travelled up to Lyrebird Falls for the ceremony and reception. The soft afternoon light was great for the photoshoot. Kelly and Stuart's wedding rings were passed around for the guests to warm them in their hands and a friend played the guitar and sang. Kelly and Stuart gave their Mums a rose each during the ceremony (that's a nice idea). See some of the wedding photos. |
